Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree

One of the most iconic symbols of Christmas in New York City is the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree! The massive Christmas tree towers over 80ft above Rockefeller Center and is adorned with an array of radiant lights and ornaments that illuminate the bustling streets below. The light show starts at 5 pm and runs for about 10-15 minutes. Be aware, don’t try to walk through this area while the show is ongoing, people will stop in the middle of the sidewalk and in the streets so don’t plan on moving until it’s over. We made the mistake of trying to cut through on our way back from the ice skating rink and got caught in a massive unmovable mob haha.
