My experience with ResortPass and why it’s my favorite way to enjoy luxury hotel pools on a budget
After hearing about ResortPass from my friend and fellow travel blogger of mine, Nicole, I was immediately intrigued. Turns out my dream of being able to enjoy luxury pools and resorts without booking an overnight stay came true! Within days of hearing about it, I decided to put it to the test myself. Spoiler alert: I’m OBSESSED!
Dan and I are big on concerts, so much so that we’ve taken road trips and flights just to attend them. Turns out we had a quick concert trip to Arizona already in the books, and since we didn’t have to be at the concert until nighttime, I thought it would be fun to book a day pass with ResortPass in order to spend the day at a nearby hotel pool. There were so many cute hotels to choose from, but ultimately I chose The Scott Resort due to location and it being high on my bucket list. I’ll admit, I made a rookie mistake and didn’t read the booking details, so upon arrival I assumed that check-in would be at the hotel pool area when in fact, it was actually at the hotel concierge. No worries though, we got that fixed with no issues. The hotel was as lovely as I had hoped, the pool area was as cute as I imagined, and the drinks were great! It was pretty hot that day so I ordered a piña colada served in a coconut and they gave me the coconut water on the side to keep myself hydrated. Our concert actually ended up getting cancelled but it was totally worth the trip, especially since we got to spend a day of relaxation at The Scott Resort thanks to ResortPass!
I loved my first booking with ResortPass so much that I partnered with them on this Instagram Reel to share my daycation experience booking a daybed at The STRAT hotel in Las Vegas. As a new local, I’ve been wanting to check out some of the Las Vegas pools on The Strip, and ResortPass makes it super easy to do so without having to book a night at the casino! Checking in for our day pass booking was easy, we got to pick a daybed of our choosing, the food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and the staff was great!
Overall, ResortPass has made it super easy for me to enjoy luxury hotel pools in a more affordable way and without booking an overnight stay. I think it goes without saying that I will definitely be using ResortPass to check out more pools here in Las Vegas and beyond!
